How to log in for the first time
Login via a browser at https://supportdesk.method-it.co.uk/ with your username and password.
How to create a support ticket
Once logged in, tap 'contact support' and complete the form, we'll handle everything form there.

We provide regular email updates, or check the status by tapping the 'tickets' tabs.
How to view closed tickets
Tap 'Closed tickets' to view a history of all your closed support tickets
